Dear AJA
Wow! Thanks so much for turning me on to Tom Waits. Growing up in Israel as an orthodox Jew, and then subsequent turns have left huge cultural holes in my life. On occasion someone will shine a light in a corner that until then has been dark, and I am ever so grateful. This video left me in a puddle of tears. Subsequent investigation of his other work has been so inspiring. Thanks for such a gift! “It’s gotta be a chocolate Jesus!”
